Meet Steven Minkus

Steven Minkus has been part of the Northwest Auto & Tire family since December 1997. He helps Skip out around the shop doing various shop maintenance projects from cleaning to plumbing repairs or straightening out the parts inventory. He is very grateful to have the opportunity to be able to learn and experience the different aspects that are needed in the automotive business, be it welding or learning the mechanics of what makes a car run, to the everyday maintenance needs of the shop. Skip and all the crew have been great mentors in Steven’s life.

Steven is a fulltime student at Lakes Community High School where he is excelling in his studies by maintaining a 3.5gpa. He spends the majority of his time training with the football team or going on Sunday bike rides with mom & dad. His hobbies include motocross, hunting and playing hockey.
